Maybe Someday Review...

At twenty-two years old, aspiring musician Sydney Blake has a great life: She’s in college, working a steady job, in love with her wonderful boyfriend, Hunter, and rooming with her good friend, Tori. But everything changes when she discovers Hunter cheating on her with Tori—and she is left trying to decide what to do next.

Sydney becomes captivated by her mysterious neighbor, Ridge Lawson. She can’t take her eyes off him or stop listening to the daily guitar playing he does out on his balcony. She can feel the harmony and vibrations in his music. And there’s something about Sydney that Ridge can’t ignore, either: He seems to have finally found his muse. When their inevitable encounter happens, they soon find themselves needing each other in more ways than one…

I’ve just got to say that this book is hands down one of the best books I’ve read this year. Colleen Hoover sure knows how to write a book that keeps you engaged and wanting more. I absolutely loved this book. It was easy to connect with the characters and kept me guessing as to what was going to happen next.
Sydney has a good life, she has a boyfriend of two years, a best friend and is going to college and working. Then she finds out that Hunter is cheating on her with Tori. She really has no choice in what she is going to do. Sydney admires her mysterious neighbor Ridge. She loves when he is playing his guitar on his balcony. She likes to make up lyrics to his songs. There is just something about Sydney that Ridge can’t ignore her. He believes that she is his muse. There is a lot of things that happen in this book and I find that I don’t want to spoil it for anyone but I think that everyone should read this book because it is truly amazing and I loved every minute of reading it. I give it 5 out of 5 stars!

Some quotes I liked:

“She feels the way I imagined a voice would feel during a song, but multiplied by a thousand.”

"Beat, beat, pause.
Contract, expand.
Inhale, exhale."

"There are only twenty-six letters in the English alphabet. You would think there would only be so much you could do with twenty-six letters. You would think there were only so many ways those letters could make you feel when mixed up and shoved together to make words. However, there are infinite ways those twenty-six letters can make a person feel..."
